So, my controller is on order along with the 3m cable. Any clues how to install it? Took a quick look at the PCB and no where obvious to fit it - does it go inline with the onboard control panel, or is there another trick.

this controller should plug into the indoor printed circuit board via a mid board.
it will plug into S21 on the indoor printed circuit board.
If it is a standard model this option is not available.
