Folco.
sounds like the condensate drain is blocked, and if icing drain tray up, then set point on chiller is too cold.
Does controller have a set button?.
try www.frilixa.com (http://www.frilixa.com)

Hi Folco.
Sounds like a re-badged Danfoss EKC controller, but then I could be wrong, quite often the case.
Did you try and clear the condensate drain?.
Did you check the web site suggested?.
Try and hold both up and down arrows at same time for period of say 5 seconds, and what happens.

Hi Folco.
sounds about right, could be a case that the controller relay has failed closed and keeping the unit cooling, hence freezing problem.
I will see if I can find and send to you a set-up brochure. Can anyone else help with this, open question.
