Ive got a multideck thats been charged with 404A after a compressor change. have just found out that origional manufacture used 507 in the system.

Its been working fine for the last 3 weeks now, but can i expect any probelms? Different oils? Different charges?

Cheers!

The oils will be the same, i think R404A is R507 with a bit of R134a mixed in. R404A txv's are marked up to work with R507 as well. So my money would be on ok, but i don't know for sure :D

Exactly so. The two refrigerants are almost identical.

No problems. The properties of this gas mix will be in the middle of R507 and R404A, and this two blends have almost the same composition and properties.
