Hi, my issue refers to the leakage process preparation. I'm analysing the leakage process, and i'm interested on knowing how does the bottles containg R134a are produced and how it's leak rate is calculated.

Thks in advance :)

What bottles?
If you talk about refrigerant bottles, they don't leak.

The little bottles contain a "septum", which permit the leak of the refrigerant gas. My question concerns with the specifications of the bottle. If is any norm that determines the specifications of the little bottles, containing the refrigerant gas (material used in fabrication, nomianal diameter, etc.).

Thks for your response

I think that you are referring to leakage test bottles perhaps.

You should contact the manufacturers if you want details of their trade secrets.

Yes, I'm referring to that kind of bottles. I've contacted the fabricant but didn't get any answer. Do you know if there's any padronized fabrication system for that bottles?

Thks
