Man I hate these :confused:
I'm having a few problems with a brivis contour L30.
Totaline gave me a phone number (03) 9264 9553 for tech support, but no one ever answers that number. :(
Original problem was the servo seal system didn't work. Damper linkage was broken and the drain inlet just stayed down in drain mode.
I tested the motor, microswitches etc and everything and it all seemed OK so it looked like a faulty controller.
No identifiable marks useful to totaline were on the controller, so they sold me an NE6 controller.
I fitted that and now the servoseal system works, the water inlet valve operates and fills the system, but the pump and fan do not operate.
The NE6 controller LED is flashing and no errors on the networker controller inside, just a normal display.
Is this the wrong controller for the EAC? Or is something else amiss?
