J have a problem with fujitsu in the trouble shooting say is 1flash and is communcation error -indoor - outdoor unt can you help me

What is full model number?

At outdoor unit, disconnect the serial interconnecting cable (connects to a red wire inside unit) Use voltmeter to read between wire & Neutral. Should be 90 to 120 volts AC. If ok then try from neutral to terminal you took wire out of. Should be the same. If not ok on neutral to wire then indoor PCB not sending. If not ok between neutral & terminal then outdoor PCB not sending. NOTE there may be a faulty component damaging the PCB or blowing the DC fuse.
