I have had my license for about 7 years but havent done anything in this field for bout 5 years and i got a new job as a service tech/ refrigeration tech for a local beverage company and i remember a lot of stuff but i cannot remember how to tell what low side pressures i should be looking for on these units i'm working with. I can still troubleshoot alot but when i hook up my gauges i dunno what i'm looking for. I know a pressure chart will tell me but i cant remember how to read it. This is kinda embarrassing cuz i know its like part of the basics of refrigeration but i really dont know so any help with this would be highly appreciated.

Why not buy a set of gauges with the temperature marked on them for the refrigerant you're working with. If you've got good eyes, metric is ok, but otherwise stick with psi! Usually clearer, easier to read.
