Help please, My RFS60S freezer compartment is not freezing, fridge seems to be OK. The compressor is running all the time, the plastic control for the control panel thermostat had snapped inside but have made sure the control is on the cold setting, I have looked at the back & noticed that there is a pipe coming from the back of the freezer with insulation on it but the pipe it has a blue powder on it could this be caused by a refrigerant leak?? Also there is a small white sensor in the freezer (is it measuring temperature?) with a cable running out of the back to something that looks like a capacitor, I have measured this sensor with a multimeter at the end of the cable & it is open circuit is it worth replacing that sensor? Can any one give me some advice Thanks!
