Master-Slave communication failed (E7)

I have a new refridgerated Serveover counter, electronic controller is an IWP 750-760 (LX) having said that the picture on the booklet that states that is different to the one one the counter which has no identification ! I appear to have pressed the wrong buttons & now it will not work & my cheese is beginning to melt !:rolleyes:

Hello. I did not worked with this interface, but have found its description very quickly by Google. What is its display showing by now?

cheers for the 'link' Brian, picture is the same as my controller & the GB link shows the booklet i have only refernce i can see to E7 is on page 5.
