Computation for the CO2 Blow-off of the Filler

Good Morning, I would like to ask anyone who knows how to compute the Co2 blow off the filler, Im refering to the blow-off of the level probe for transferring of beverage from carbo cooler to the filler, Im doing a project right now on how to increase my CO2 Yield in a way I will be able to account all the losses of my CO2. I try to compute, but Im always arriving with a wrong results.

I think perhaps that you should try research in the beverage world as it is not strictly a refrigeration query is it?
