This is very brief of charging
After you vacuumed it you turn off your compressor then charge NH3 ((valve should be between receiver and separator))Valve2 (( during vacuum times all you system valve and solenoid valve in system should be open to get good vacuum )) from charging pipe let NH3 goes to all system then you turn all your valve for how it should be in running position system and you close out let valve from receiver to separator(No 1 valve) (( NH3 pump in off position )) then start system( Compressor ) gentle .( be carful for suction pressure . discharge and oil pressure )
NH3 you charging goes to separator then it comes to receiver through condenser ,
When you see liquid in1/3 receiver through sight glass open No 1 valve very gentle let liquid goes to separator after your level of NH3 comes to normal in receiver and separator ,
Turn on NH3 pump and you start running rooms one by one and you charge again from No 2 valve for good result you can close valve No 1 during charging time but be carful about suction - discharge and oil pressure
If you have diagrams E- mail it to me I can explain from your diagrams it is easy way to go head

Please bring the pressure up slightly first after your vac. Charge in gas not liquid to around 0.5 bar then charge in liquid as this will prevent thermal shock of the pipework. As as you live in a tropical country it would be a shock to hit -60 in a few seconds.

You can charge while compressor running.
shut liquid line valve near receiver.
open charging valve - Chaging line connected to ammonia cylinder.
when liquid/frost comes to cylider make cylinder down .
