In my search for service manual for carpigiani super uno b/p I only got as far as the fact there are several versions of this machine? How do I find out which one I have and what are the differences ?
It concerns a single serve ice cream machine running 3 phase power.It is 425 mm wide 705 mm deep and stands 1290 mm heigh( 1395 mm incl. wheels)
The hopper holds 14/15 liter,the diameter of the
barrel is 85 mm.
Any expert advice would be greatly appreciated.
