sometimes the compressor is not going

hello everybody we got a soft serve machine in the garage but he does't work propperly sometimes the compressor is not going and the ice is coolt down before de compressor kicks in and a little piece of one of pipes is frosting up
when you think you now the problem help me we tried everthing

It could be many things.
It sounds like it is possibly short of refrigerant.
Either way it will require specialised attention!
Get a fridgy to look at it!
