I have at home this kind of air-conditioner , I'd like have its manual service for future troubleshooting .;)

From my experience (15 years with Fujitsu), chance that you ever need it is well below 1% if power supply is correct and power company instantiations where distributed underground from transformer, and instalation is made as described in instalation manual by skilled installer.
