If i have to add a equipment with heat load of 15 KW in a conditioned area then how much CFM needs to be increased in AHU CFM to maintain the temperature and Humidity (22 deg c and 45 % RH, AHu capacity -11500 CFM)

You have provided inadequate information for an realistic form of calculation to be undertaken. If for a moment we accept that the return air is at the stated conditions what is the supply air?
What is the velocity of the supply and return air?
What is the size of the room
What is the current sizing of the air conditioning system?
If you can provide at least four points for a psycomertic chart you can develop the remainder.
I suggest that you revisit the problem and see if you can provide as much data as possible.

You have to calculate the heat load along with all other load i.e building glass, occupancy lighting etc.
Many times the equipment load of 15 KW may not be continuous.

Accurate basis will be based on the heat load calculation.
