Mycom starting issues

We have a F42WB Mycom compressor. It was just rebuilt ( new crank,piston sleaves,pistons and valve plates etc). Since the rebuild the compressor is having a hard time restarting either after a defrost cycle or met temperature requirements. System about 18 years old. Any ideas?

I would look at the unloaders. It is possible that they were not adjusted properly during reassembly.

1- look for unloading system .( is it 3 way solenoid valve our 2 way solenoid valve )
In 3 way during stat is off
In 2 way during start is on ( in side connection pipe with valve there is orifice it should be clean)
2 - Also check, check valve between intermediate and suction valve (working- direction )
