Samsung RL36 SBMS Fridge/Freezer

Hi All
My freezer works too well. It freezes so much that I can't pull the drawers out (frozen solid in a very short space of time). I thought of the door seal leaking air but this seems ok, and anyway these don't appear on spares lists.
Anyone got an idea what's causing this problem.

Defrost problem? thermal fuse, def. heater or evap probe, possibly not shure on exact model though?

Dear

Check for,

1. Duct Block
2. Defrost Cycle
3. Defrost Water Drain Pan weather water is coming out or its chocked.
