3D Air do MHI but don't seem to show an FRC, maybe something similar in there...

The model number of the outdoor is FDCA560HKXRE4.

I was given the previous number by one of the office workers:rolleyes:

I have the service manual but i need the installation manual.

If the kit is brand new then your supplier will be able to e-mail you anything along with a pipework schematic with sizes on etc

Can some one explain the difference between Mitsubishi Electric and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, for what ever reason they seem to operate and compete in the same market with each other. Not important, but just asking.

Thanks everyone, i managed to source a manual and also emailed Andy at 3D who sent me the MHI cd with all the informtion required.

I've never worked with MHI but from what i can gather our company went for them over Mitsi Electric due to the price difference.
