Do you know the purpose of phase contactor in reefer refrigeration system?

Evidently to quickly revrerse phases for the unit by switching on mcc3 (instead of mcc1) when plugged into a socket with "wrong" phases sequence.

Thanks, actually this circuit is for the reefer refrigeration on ship, and i think reversing the rotation of the compressor is not actually not practical. The ship travel on long period of time around the world.

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA ON WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PHASE CONTACTOR ON THE REEFER REFRIGERATION?

by the way this is only my assignment. I really do not know the purpose can you explain to me further

As Yuri has already told you, his purpose is to ensure proper phase sequence. Not only for compressor, it is as well for proper direction of rotation of fans.
Period of time of ship traveling doesn't matter. This is probably for containers and they are changing ships and harbors regularly. Therefore need for such contactor to ensure proper rotation direction.
Also, if this is ship reefer it could be electrically fed from harbor electrical power supply when it is docked. Therefore again need for such contactor.

Probably some mobile refrigeration unit. There may be many sockets having different phase sequences (what usually should be avoided - anywhare), or rather the unit may be carried to another ship (place) where sockets ph seq differs from that on the previous place, so, not to interfere into the local installation you simply make the reversion just on your unit. (I see it so, maybe I'm wrong).

what if i reverse the L1, L2, L3 into L3, L2, L1 is the phase contactor still energized for the correct rotation of the compressor and fans?

that is controlling direction of rotating through control phase – if rotation of
L1- L2 – L3 ( R- S- T ) is correct magnet of coil energized through Control phase
You can Check by looking for rotation of Evaporator fans also condenser fan and if your composure has oil pressure buy that .
When your system is running for first time you should check all these items

Yes! Whatever you do before or at circuit breaker doesn't affect functioning of contactor.

Purpose to ensure that fans rotate in the correct direction. There's usually a mechanical interlock between the two contacters to ensure that only 1 is pulled in at a time

What if i remove that phase contactor still rotating the correct direction right? What will happen if i remove?

Rephrase your sentence. It is not clear what you want.

Assuming that 3 phase supply is constant or cannot interchange, is it possible to remove the phase contactor?

If can be remove, means it add cost to the circuit?

Yes, it is! But cost of damaged compressor or spoiled goods are many times higher than that 1 contactor.
