Having trouble with the auto start and stop it was stopping and starting fine but now it will not cut off it runs like it is set for cont run but is not. This i believe is a 1994 model it does not have the cycle mode. Any body have a idea?

Several factors determine if the unit is allowed to Cycle off, including



Box temp at setpoint
Battery voltage above 12.2
Alternator amperage below 5 or so
Engine block temp. above 30something

Remove the battery sentry module, it kind of looks like a relay but is not. If the unit cycles off at setpoint, the module is the problem or the circuitry going t it via F2 circuit from alternator. The removal of the module will determine if this is the issue.
