Gday guys,
A friend of mine who is a chef has asked me to make a frost top. its a condensing unit with an evaporator with a granite top above it. its only for ice creams and chocolates and display, i normally do commercial ac so its a bit of a challenge to make from scratch. i have seen similar things with a 1/4 hp condensing unit. what would be the best type of refrigerant control epr, txv, cap tube or orrifice?
any help greatly appreciated . he wants temp at -15
