Literature on Stulz and Hiross ???

Wonder if you could help me,

I'm trying to get some literature on Hiross Hirange units and Stulz units. I need technical on the controlls, ie fault codes and access codes to the controllers. Can anybody help, phone numbers for technical or web sites to download manuals etc,
