Carpigiani machne

Hi, can any one help me with my carpigiani machine please, the piston at the front where i have to pull my icecream is leaking i have had new rubber rings put on but it still leaking, also how often should i leave the machine on to freeze , i have only had my van for about 8 weeks so i don't know much how to work the machine, i would apprieciate any advise.

are the two o-rings on the piston, make sure to coat all moving parts with food grade grease(vaseline would be fine) how often do you clean the machine?

Thanks for replying, i clean the machine every evening, and then in the morning before i put every thing back i grease with food grease.
