HI to everyone....an an Accessory Design Student..So need help from Air Conditioning professionals...

Now working on Air Conditioning System using Stirling-Rankine Heat Activated Heat Pump...It consists of free Piston Stirling Prime Mover which directly connects to linear Compressor which compresses the refrigerant...So need to find the capacity of the Free Piston Stirling Engine...

Taking the efficiency of the Stirling Engine as 25% which means thermal to mechanical efficiency of 25%....How much mechanical power for compression of refrigerant (R22) (considering the present linear compressor efficiency) needed for an area of say 1600 sq.ft at temp. of 42C cooled to 26C in Indian Climatic conditions....

Any help is greatly appreciated in advance....
