trouble with a hitachi ras-18-j

hi i got a ras-18-j that dont work, no light, no sound no ac . I got 240 between T1 n Com , i change the indoor board n transformer 240 to 12 dc, still no luck plz help

I am assuming the a/c is controlled by remote. If so check the reciever board on the indoor unit. Also is the unit working from the test button ?
