Hi Guys got a Samsung f/f RL39E3MS the fridge isn't cold due to the flap valve remaining closed.(top left in freezer).If I touch the flap it does a complete 360 & closes again.I have taken the motor out & put 240 across it & it duly rotates.On this particular model do you think it might be a thermistor or board fault or something else.Thanks Mack

There may be a magnet mounted in the mechanism that operates a reed switch. Went to one today where magnet had fallen out of housing. Put it back and now o.k. (it's tiny, about 3mm square)
