Frick screw compressor 193L code S3

Hello
We are currently having problems with a frick screw compressor that is getting stuck in the 100% loaded position and when we turn it off it takes a very long time for it to get back to 0%, most of the time it needs assistance with gas pressure against the unload piston. We are going to recondition the compressor but need to get a tear down manual. we would appreciate any help given :D

Hi Mtsivis,
I have encountered the same problem several times,
the O-Ring on the piston rim expanded gets the piston stuck, so it is not necessary to dismantle the whole compressor, you need some special tools to do so,

The unloader spring could be broken or the valve guides may have extreme wear causing the slide valve to bind in the housing.
