I work in the supermarket fixture industry and my company has sold a unit using glycol for cooling. I am familiar with it but am in need of some help in determining all the needed components check valves, expansion valves etc. The fixture will use the stores compressor so I can stop before it connects to the compressor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would have thought that the glycol is at design temperature when it arrives at your fixtures.

The two pieces of kit you are describing are NOT compatible with each-other.

Sorry.

glycol is only a medium used too cool a designated load, you need refrigerating system to cool this medium, you stated about compressor and expansion valve. check valves?.. not in the rhyme. It sound you are trying to assemble a refrigerating unit, most refrigerating unit comes in complete package an ready to connect and use... If you have existing refrigerating system and you want to add this additional load... better to check if you have enough capacity
