Dear all,
could anybody help me regarding this?
I have to submit the following details to my consultant regarding construction of cold rooms with PU panels:
Dead Load
Live load
shear stress
deflection due to bending.
The cold room is constructed with the following details:
Internal Dimensions: 4.89x1.49x2.45 m (LxwxHt)
Wall & Roof Panels :100 mm thk PU panels with 0.7 mm PVC plastisol cladding
Floor Panel :62 mm PU floor insulation including 50 mm thk PU panel ,12mm thk WBP plywood & 2mm thk SS chequerd plate.
Room temperature : 4 deg C
Foam density : 40 kg/m3
I have to prove to the consultant that the permissible load for the floor panel is 4000N/rubber wheel at a surface of >4 cm2
Kindly support me to prove.
Advice me with your valuable statements & some useful links also.
