Ice cream machine suggestion

Hi everyone,
I look after a restaurant`s air con` and cold stores, and the owner has asked me to look out for a used ice cream machine for him. Any suggestions on the best make and model etc?
I don`t want to get him a duff one as he keeps me supplied with the most wonderful south Indian veggie cuisine whenever I go in there:)

Its CARPIGIANI, pioneer in gelato making from italy, they also have soft serve machine, pasturizing machine and those use in granita (like slush), even second hand works really well, coz this one cost a bundle...

nothing wrong with carps (very popular and reasonably trouble free)but would also consider taylor ... american but fairly bullet proof
