can anyone advise the installation standard, and design of dehumidification. as our client want to install this type of dehumidification method.

I need to carry out a design and build project to improve the a/c system and room condition of a library of room area about 650 sq.m x 3.5m height, present condition is Rh too high that cause the book and paper curl. how to calculate the size of the desiccant dehumidifier

Not a library; though there is a museum nearby with a Munters unit.

Munters discusses document preservation on their web site. Reason the same; though most conventional libraries would not look to absorption....

There are older articles out there about using recirculated coils and reheat which is less total energy intensive and more like a refrigeration installation...but if they are trying to get steady state below 36 deg. Dewpoint, the dessicants and the falling film absorptives will both get you there. The dessicant wheels are largely minimal maintenance other than filter changes. If fresh air is part of the intent they will generate some high internal temperatures as well; there has been hot water generated as a byproduct of the high energy intermediate stream.
