It is a voltage boost and buck system which is standard on all Forma freezers (Thermo Forma)
It will rise or reduce the voltage to the system mainly to protect the compressors from getting voltage outside the rated voltage .
On 115volt systems it will do simply shown:
Cut in below 110v and boost 10volt.
Cut in over 125v and buck 10volt.
On 230volt systems:
Cut in below 210v and boost 18volt
Cut in over 235v and buck 18volt.
It tells by the green lamp that it is compensating, but not in what direction. It is not any alarm and should normally not be a concern if it not run on and off rapidily. Thermo Forma is based in Marietta Ohio and they may be give you a manual and even better a servicemanual on a PDF file. It would be a supplier in Canada I think you also can try.
