Beko CDA653FW help

Hi

I have a Beko upright fridge freezer and have noticed lately that the freezer isn't freezing all of the items thoroughly, the fridge is working fine and some of the items in the freezer appear to be frozen properly but other's e.g. ice cream is still soft. Any help would be much appreciated.
