Hi,
We're using York Chiller Model # YTH3J3E35COG at our site. As soon as we start it, the system shuts down with the status "High Line Voltage". The motor is of 400 V, and the display is showing the line voltages to be 401, 405 and 407 volts. I dont see any problem with the actual voltages. I've already tried changing the Logic board, but of no use. What could be the problem??

Have you checked the voltage when the machine tries to start ?

Yes, the voltage drops by only a couple of volts.

i've also tried changing the trigger board but in vain

Hello Shamil.

display is showing the line voltages to be 401, 405 and 407 volts

However in the admissible range, I dont like those numbers. And also the fact that at comp start there is the "couple of volts" drop. Is supply cable cross section sufficient?
I am afraid, however, there may be something wrong with the supply - is the transformer powerfull enough?

Presume that the setup has been done correctly? Do you not have to tell the controller what the line voltage to expect is?
Just a thought.
