hi there .mi carpigiani ice cream machine about 12 years old is blowing on air after pooling about 5 or 6 ice creams,then i have to shake the valve in the cuve .after 2 or 3 minutes can pool again 5 -6 ice creams then air blow starts again. if i can do something about? thanks everybody

i have a similar problem with a carpigiani uc1131 gravity model machine after constant use ore sometimes just after 5 cones it is starting to count down the nubers on display whhich indicates the ice cream is freezing and starts blowing air all the time till starts again after an hour or less sometimes.
