Welcome skeggyboy.

May I suggest you look at your evap sensor?

The below link may help.

What is the temperature of the air entering the condenser?

What is the temperature of the air leaving the condenser?

You will need to check the Evaporator coil is reaching -15c within 20 minutes or unit will not work. Could be a faulty coil sensor as grizzly says but you should first rule out refrigeration problem with coil temperature not being achieved in time.
