Hi,

Has anybody got experience in cold rooms for kiwi fruit? Do you know what are the conditions; temperature, R.H., acethyl....

I´ve been looking in the ASHRAE spanish edition and also in a Google searching, but i´ve got nothing

Hi

In ASHRAE refrigeration edition 2002 IP, kiwifruit should be stored at 31-32dF, HR 90 to 95, Storage life: 3 to 5 month, 82%water, highest freezing point: 29F, SP above .86, sp below .45, latent heat 118Btu/lb

Thats all right. Its just that you don't see many sites without English version.

It is after all the INTERNET language.
In your case I will make an exception - Chinese will do! ;)
