ATP certifications

Hi my name is Joãoand i am from Portugal. I'm currently frequenting the last year of a masters on mechanical engineering "avac energy and refrigeration" at the moment i am working on my thesis which is about atp certifications. I have had to trucks on the lab one with a themo king TS 500 50 and the other with a thermo king RD II TCI. Until now i haven´t be able to find any technical information on them. Anyone could send me information about them?
