out door model:AOTA45LATL

problem: bth indoor and outdoor unit nt running
indoor lights all off
my diagnosis
OUTDOOR UNIT
checked voltage on outdoor ,L-N =240V
checked voltage N-1=240V
CHECKED VOLTAGE 1-2=240V

disconnected 3 from terminal block and checked voltage, 2-3=90v-125v
checked voltage, 2 and the disconnected 3 which goes to indoor got 84v

INDOOR UNIT
CHECKED 1-2 =240V
CHECKED 2-3=30V-90V

TO CHECK
COMPRESSOR MOTOR WNDINGS RESISTANCE
BTH FAN MOTORS WINDING RESISTANCE

What kind of remote controler you got.

Check Fuse in Filter PCB.
>> If Fuse is open, check if the wiring between Terminal and Filter PCB
is loose, and replace Fuse.

Check Varistor in Filter PCB.
>> If Varistor is defective, there is a possibility of an abnormal power supply.
Check the correct power supply and replace Varistor.

Dumb question, but you've tried pushing the auto button on the indoor unit to make sure it isn't a remote control or reciever problem?

Is this a DOA unit or has it worked before?
