Hi, First time here be gentle!!
I have a Liebherr fridge/freezer 7081 630-03 Premium biofresh, bought in 2001.

The freezer works find and lives at -18. The fridge performance has been deteriorating over the last month and is now showing a constant 13 degrees on the fridge gauge.

The location is in the kitchen.

The lower part of the fridge is the biofresh region and on my temperature gauge is showing 3 degrees.

It's like the cooling isn't reaching the top of the fridge.

There is a fan at the top of the fridge which is working (and stops when the door is opened)

Does the unit just have one freezing device which is shared (in a controled way) between the fridge and freezer?

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

I have defrosted it completely and it hasn't solved the problem.

help!

David

Replying to my own post here.
I've just spotted the model number of my Liebherr, it's
KIKB 3146 Index 22A/007
Hope this helps
David

this appliance has 2 compressors, 1 for freezer and 1 for fridge/biofresh. If you've tried full defrost of top compartment then it is likely to have refrigeration system fault - call engineer

Thanks Happy for replying. I must admit that I'm dissapointed by this forum. I was expecting some cleaver and interesting analysis of the problem which might guide me towards a solution.
Nevermind....thanks anyway
