Are you charging by weight?

Has the cabinet temperature reached design?

mwinjuma,

In addition to Brian's question on charging by weight,
1) Is this the first time you are using R600a?
2) are you attempting to service R600a refrigerator or trying to retrofit other gas system with 600a?

600a has a suction pressure in vacuum and will need little more care in system processing.

Are you charging in phase gas or liquid..if gas with r.600 a litle heat IN THE SUCTION LINE if ambient temperature aruund 24 C ,with air dryer go well.check also for any semi closed service valve in the suction side
