I am new to this site can someone help me know how many horse powers is this presticold compressor PR75X/A0089-45/55. Can`t our manufacturers write capacities on name plates i dont think they can lose money by stating that this compressor is 1 HP or 5 HP

Copeland / Prestcold do put the size of the comp on the data plate.

PR75 = 3/4 hp
XX100 = 1 hp
XX150 = 1 1/2 hp
XX750 = 7 1/2 hp
XX5000 = 50 hp

Forget the first few leters the number is the HP.
