Zanussi blast chiller

Hi everone,
I hope this warm weather`s keeping you all busy:D
I`m looking for an operators manual for a Zanussi blast chiller that aquired for a restaurant. Problem is there was no book with it and the ID plate is missing so I can`t identify the model although I do know it`s a 28kg capacity one.
I think it`s a model previous to a BC28A 110718
I`ve tried Zanussi professional but as yet no joy.
Everything works ok but it`s just the control panel and settings I`m not sure about.

are controller parameter descriptions similar,some manufacturers continue with same board manucfaturers i find lae boards used by different manufacturers of goods

And also Carel.
Can't you take a picture of the controller or the PCB?
Carel has a blastchiller controller and so had Eliwell and Dixell. I doubt LAE having this.

williams the ones manufactured in england imported to australia have lae boards,open one up and have a look,im sure shen feng and other china controller manufacturers have one as well.let alone the rest of italy,the states etc etc etc

Try to find model and PNC under the logo Zanussi,just pull .
I got all about Zanussi and Electrolux
