whirlpool again

This seems to be a common thread.
side by side high temp fridge
gas seems ok mullion door heaters seem hot
installed remote temp sensor all ways seems to get to 14c and stops tried open circuit probe still the same
seems to cut in and out on stat ?
switch off yesterday for 5 hours to defrost same again this morning
any whirlpool engineers out there want to come and look at it ££££££££
whirlpool FRSSVAF20 single comp
any suggestion welcome
other wise i will have to buy a larger hammer :D

Think i've now sorted this one
this model has a damper from the freezer to the fridge althought you can hear a fan this is in the freezer in the fridge there is a damper motor not a fan motor as i first thought this must be controlled via the thermostat
