Abnormal serial communication!

I've got a samsung aqv24 mini split thats shutting down and displaying the red and green solid on condensing unit, the code shows up as "abnormal serial communication".

What can this be I have no idea what that code means any help is greatly appreciated!

It mean that indoor unit doesn't communicate with outdoor unit for some reason (burnt fuse in outdoor, faulty PCB etc...).

I'm gonna rule out a bad fuse because the unit does start up for about a minute then shuts itself down and the only fuse in outdoor unit will shutdown compressor when bad, I was figuring bad pcb but which one? indoor or outdoor?

I really hate to randomly replace parts,
