I am involved in citrus pre cooling, degreening and controlling, installations and would like to know what is happening on the other side of the world. I am based in one of South Africa's largest regions of exporting citrus. I would like new ideas, better results, better controlling.

I reckon in SA we have a pretty good idea of what the world protocols are when it comes to the export of tropical fruit, especially precooling and cold sterilisation.

Do not forget that these protocols are dictated to our industry by the PPECB. we therefore have to meet world expectations and standards!
