Hello,
I have a small True freezer that has an evaporator fan issue. The voltage at the fan is reading 12-13.5 v and the fan does not operate. When removed and connected to 120 v the fan works great. Could this be some sort of capacitor failure? Is it OK for me to by-pass the evaporator fan power source and have it running all the time? Possibly could I wire it to the compressor power to synchronize the two? Thanks for your help
