hi all I have chiller type ALRHAST455.4 the chiller is controled by microtech (McQUAY) when the chiller start normaly & then the comp. loading is 100% the water temp. 34c the temp. setting is 10c.
any advice please.

Your LP and HP settings are?
liquid line temp etc etc.

===reply shiyam from uae} you did not write 34 c, leaving or return water( temp)clearly. so when the leaving water temperature 34c better one more chiller. so you should understand and lean unloading loading chilled water temperature point.

As others have stated your post is not clear .
If you are saying when your chiller starts the water circuit temperature is 34c and the chiller set point is 10c, whether it is leaving or return water temperature is irrelevant as either way you are 24c above set point.
At 24c above set point i would expect the loading to be 100%
You need to clarify your post and give us more information .

A really old post.
But generally chiller are controlled on return water temp., so set point +10'C , split 5.5'C leaving water at +4.5 'C .

and of course this 5.5C ΔΤ depends on the pressure drop across the evaporator DP
