Asbestos??

Hi

Im doing some research into the use of asbestos and wondered if anyone would recall if asbestos was used to line cold rooms in the UK in the late 60's early 70's?

Also the use of Abestos insulation mats given to engineers during the same time period

I know of a coldroom which is getting replaced at the moment that has asbestos in the panel insulation although im unsure of the date this room was constructed long before i got into the trade thats for sure :D

local butcher had a shop upgrade and wanted to some lino tiles that were under his floor covering until he was informed that they also contained asbestos,blew me out.
