samsung srs2028 panel shows lock

Hi, Can anyone help me? I have lost the instruction manual for my samsung srs2028 fridge/freezer. My refrigeration temperature reads 0 and the lock indicator is green. I cannot raise refrigerator temp, can anyone please help. Thank you :confused:

there's a child lock on it have to hold couple of buttons to release it but cant remember which ones lol

Try pressing bottom right hand button for 3-4 seconds

Dependant upon which model you have either Tonto or happy are correct.
If you have the basic model controller press both the refrigeration temp and freezer temp buttons for 3 seconds.
If you have the digital controller?
Press and hold the child lock symbol for 3 seconds.
Whichever one of these options it is that applies? Will both, switch the child lock on or off!
